Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary school education
- NVQ Level 2 in administration or similar
- AAT desirable but not essential General office or administration experience
Roles & responsibilities
- Reporting of weekly and monthly costs
- Updating bank daily, weekly & monthly
- Maintaining & managing accounts payable end to end process
- Processing the correct invoices through the appropriate workflow
- Weekly and monthly payment runs
- Reconciling of monthly statement
- Dealing with sub contractors invoices
- Liaising with suppliers ref: payments, POs and invoices
- Ensuring the upkeep and accuracy of financial spreadsheets
- Support to the Finance manager
