Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Type: Permanent
Location: Christchurch
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (with one hour for lunch)

Duties:
- Posting, approval, and arranging payment of one-off invoices
- Maintenance of petty cash and credit card records
- Monthly reconciliation of petty cash and credit card statements
- Sorting, coding, and processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Processing of sales invoices and cash receipts (approx. 25 to 40 per month)
- Assisting with reconciliation of month-end supplier statements
Requirements:
- Ideally AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- A team player who is willing to help out other teams when needed
- Driving license and access to own vehicle due to location
This is a varied role with a focus on finance, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the company's financial records are cpmplete and accurate.
