My client are a high end luxury retailer and are now hiring for an administrator to support their store, design and online business along with some spreadsheet/data analysis/accounts work.
As a crucial support role within the business, the position will be varied and will range from raising orders on their stock management system, responding to customer questions/enquiries and helping in the storeroom after a busy weekend of web orders.
Key objectives for the role are:
• Key pillar of support for the business manager, e-commerce and stores teams.
• Be one of the first points of contact for customer enquiries and questions, management of web orders/dispatches.
• Oversee pricing/stock maintenance
• Technical support
• Basic accounts functions
Day to day role responsibilities
• Creating new customer accounts / raising new orders on the stock management system (ProfitPlus)
• Call/email customers to respond to enquiries / update on status of orders or any issues associated with orders and to ensure a 5-star customer experience
• Dispatch and update of orders on the backend of the e-commerce platform
• Support for the Store Manager as and when required following busy e-commerce periods
• Monitoring stock status/availability with a breadth of suppliers, ensuring information displayed on the website is current and up to date.
• Monitoring and replying to reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is being achieved
Skills and Knowledge
Essential
• 2 to 3 years administrative experience (retail preferred)
• Technical and IT literate, capable with Microsoft products and comfortable with sales order / CRM system processes / data manipulation / spreadsheet work / excel
• Good standard of numerical, verbal and written skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
Desirable
• Part AAT qualified or interested in studying for the AAT
• A high level of customer facing experience
• Experience in basic back-end website management/order processing
