RG Consultancy are currently working with a fantastic manufacturing business who are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their head office in Macclesfield. You will join a medium to large finance team and report to the Management Accountant.

The Role
- Maintain the purchase ledger, processing invoices, processing payments, weekly payment runs
- Sales ledger duties, producing invoices, setting up and maintaining new clients
- Petty cash, expenses
- Credit control, chasing payments & outstanding debts
- Assisting with month end duties, bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
- Maintaining the accounts inbox and being a point of contact for all queries
The Person
- AAT qualified or working towards is desirable
- Experienced within an accounts/admin role is essential
- Use of SAGE is desirable but not essential
