Our client is a well-known dealership. They are seeking a dedicated and detail orientated Accounts Assistant to join their team. You will work closely with their accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in various accounting tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience in the motor trade and exposure to keyloop DMS would be desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reconciling & allocation of direct debits and incoming payments through the bank
• Posting daily bank card transactions
• Circulate weekly working capital schedules!
• Support the accounts payable / receivable functions.
• Perform tasks like invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

The ideal candidate:

• Flexible, organised and prepared to work hard to meet deadlines.
• Good computer skills are a must, including proficient use of Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills relating to work colleagues and customers.
