SalaryThe hours for this position are 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday (25 hours per week).

Essential Duties.
- Engaging with the invoice query and approval process internally
- Notifying internal departments of payments received, and chasing outstanding payments.
- Able to work to strict deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
- Nominal coding and inputting
- Assisting with year end
- Handling payment requests and chasers.
- Assist other team members and adhoc accounts.
- 2+ years’ experience within a finance department.
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills.
