This role will be working alongside an experienced employee who will be looking to train you as their replacement over a period of time. The role will also incorporate project administration duties so experience in administration is essential.
Main Purposes of Job
- Work in collaboration with conformance manager on conformance administration
- Assist with project administration working closely with the senior project manager
Key Tasks
- Assist with tender preparation and submission
- Maintain policy library
- Place supplier orders
- Book Installation teams
- Obtain project client sign-off forms
- Maintain conformance portals
- Complete PQQs and ITTs
- Raise non-compliance forms
- Assist with the compilation of RAMS
- Obtain supplier quotes
- Issue finance manager with weekly installation reports
- Ensure adequate cover during holidays and sickness
- Develop strong relations with customers and suppliers
Key Results / Performances
- Accurate compilation of paperwork and evidenced email trails
- Customer focused providing accurate and timely updates
- Ability to quickly become au-fait with conformance requirements across all disciplines
What you will need:
- Experience in senior administration.
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Accurate with the ability to proofread colleagues’ work.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Can do attitude.
- Team player
- Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in SAGE 50 Cloud and Clarity would be desirable but training can be provided but use of similar software desirable
