Salary Just Recruitment is working with a growing business based on the outskirts of Ipswich - looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team.
You will help organise and manage a diverse range of responsibilities to support the smooth running of the Warehouse and Admin operation. Working with the rest of the team to ensure critical operation and admin processes are efficiently and accurately completed.
Duties include:
*Planning and controlling outbound/inbound haulage and liaising with both the haulier and customers to ensure timely and efficient collections / deliveries.
*Managing stock control to ensure fulfilment of orders, liaising with Warehouse and Suppliers to identify any stock issues to ensure that stock levels can adequately meet orders.
*Liaise with Customers, Customs and Hauliers to ensure that all compliant documentation is received and submitted within the designated time frame.
*Negotiating favourable rates with Hauliers.
*Resolving service-related queries and invoice/charge queries on behalf of the customer with the support of the finance and sales team.
*Carry out various administrative tasks, including preparing and handling all relevant documentation.
*Updating customer details on the CRM system
Skills required:
*Stock control management using Microsoft excel and our industry-based management system - must have excellent MS skills including Outlook, Excel and Teams.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
*Be able to work both in a team and independently as business needs require.
*Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
*Experience in and comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
