Our client is a well known and highly successful FMCG company located in East London. Due to continued expansion, they now have a requirement for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to progress further within a more senior accounts role over time.
Candidates applying should have 2-3 years of experience working as an Accounts Assistant and have a good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 & Excel.
Duties will include;
* Purchase ledger
* Matching purchase orders with invoices
* Taking credit card payments
* Assisting with credit control
* Sales invoicing on various different customer platforms
* Sending copy invoices to customers and handling any queries
* Producing end of day reports
