Role Definition:
ABP Bridge of Allan are looking for an Accounts Assistant to come and join the team to provide efficient and effective accountant support to the Financial Controller and accounts team.
Primarily Responsibilities:
Preparation of the weekly accounts
Labour variance analysis
Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts
Balance sheet reconciliation preparation
Stock Control and weekly reconciliations
Monthly/quarterly fixed asset verification and capex monitoring
Provide cover for sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll, where applicable

- Flexibility to work outside of job specification when necessary to assist in overall objectives being achieved

Experience/Skills:
-The ideal candidate will demonstrate a background in accounts or have sufficient knowledge of accounting
-Practice and a related qualification, or working towards a qualification
-Previous experience in a similar role is required
