Their ongoing growth is now leading to the opening of a new office in which they are looking to recruit and experienced finance professional who can take the lead on all day-to-day office-based activities and adapt to change with ease. Working closely with the Head Office finance team you will assist with a variety of tasks in addition to overseeing the smooth running of the satellite office.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Assisting HO on all aspects relating to accounts payable and receivable including supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs, new credit management and bad debt collection.
- Monitoring spending in your office and ensuring it remains within budget.
- Assisting HO prepare forecasts, budgets, cashflow and risk analysis.
- Processing staff expenses in line with company policy.
- Taking the lead on all aspects of office activities including organising meeting rooms, hotel accommodation for visitors, etc
- Coordinating with HO on IT and QHSE.
- Ensuring the offices complies with all Company policies and procedures.
About You:
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Preferably AAT qualified or studying (not essential if you have many years' experience).
- Proficient in Excel and ideally Sage 50.
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to adapt easily to different situations.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships within the business.
- Enthusiastic and reliable.
