SPANISH SPEAKING ESSENTIAL
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting managing stock arrivals and providing back-office accounts support in relation to invoicing, processing orders and credit control.
Duties:
- To help the Imports Department and the ongoing support of sea freight operations, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial KPI's.
- Communicate key department information to senior management in a timely manner.
- You'll be responsible for supporting the wider finance team with chasing debtors, raising credit notes, taking payments, and processing invoices.
- Update and maintain financial data using SAP.
- Manage On Line banking include foreign currency contracts, payments to suppliers both local and overseas, chasing overdue accounts
- Maintaining Company's cash flow position up to date at all times.
Attributes:
- Spanish speaking is essential
- Working remotely, you'll be offered an annual salary of 30K (depending on experience Pro Rata),
- Preferably qualified in AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in food shipments/customs, supply chain or FMCG would be an advantage BUT not essential
- Facility to work remotely
- Working hours 7am - 3pm daily (Mon-Fri)
