Accounts Assistant (Temporary)

Location: Eastwood

Job Type: 6-months fixed contract, with potential of being extended or become permanent

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible start and finish times to suit school run)

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000, depending on experience, free onsite parking, company benefits

Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work within fast-pace and fun accounts department, no day will be the same.

Duties:

• Processing high volume of purchase /sales invoices
• Allocation of payments
• Reconciling statements and bank accounts
• Setting up new suppliers
• Dealing with suppliers' queries
• Raising financial reports- weekly, monthly and yearly
• Preparing internal and external audits
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Ad hoc. related account accounts duties

Essential Skills:

• Experience Accounts / Finance Assistant
• Able to work within a fast-pace and high-volume environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills - written and verbal
• Have a positive, "can do "attitude
