Monday to Thursday 8-4:45pm - Friday 8-3:30pm (30 min lunch break) 40 hour per week

6 weeks temporary Accounts Assistant role available in Colchester to support with holiday cover and work load.
Duties:-
- Raising invoices
- Daily reconciliation
- Data entry of purchase ledger
- Creation of new customer accounts
- Booking hotels and travel
- General support to finance department (may include credit control)
Key Skills:-
- Prior experience with Accounting software and MS Packages is desirable
- Accounts and knowledge background is desirable and would suit someone working towards or already have in place AAT level 2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and be a team player
