I am currently recruiting a Billings Manager to work for a media events company based in Central London. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working.

My client is an international media events company. They work with a number of blue chip companies and are a market leader in media events.
Due to a recent restructure in the company they are now looking to hire a Billings Manager into a newly created role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has managed a small Billings Team who can come in and improve processes.
The role will be based in London close to Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations.

Billings Manager, London
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders and acting as a business partner to all key stakeholders and the outsourcing provider
- Streamlining data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics
- Promoting a continuous improvement and change mindset, supporting the teams in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Managing a team ensuring weekly 1-2-1's and career progression is in place
- Setting and Monitoring team targets, KPIs and objectives.
- Review Closed Won, Invoicing & Credit reports daily
- Review changes to the close winning process with recommendations for improvements and long term ownership of the process
- Assist with projects as required, including leveraging resources
Profile
The successful candidate must have previous experience managing a small Billings Team.
Salesforce knowledge is essential.
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be offered £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
