Accounts Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a first class company within an entry level role in accounts! This position requires a dedicated, hardworking candidate with a passion to learn.

Working in this role you will deal with:

• Preparing invoices, statements, and accounts payable/receivable documents
• Posting daily receipts
• The Processing of payments and transactions
• Deal with invoice Payments
• Processing business expenses
• Reconciliations of invoices and creation of orders
• The set up payments
• Distributing of daily invoice amongst the team
• Weekly reports

To be considered you will:

• Have a passion for working in the accounts field
• Be a team player
• Have fantastic attention to detail
• The ability to work to deadlines in a proactive manner
• Be working towards AAT/ACCA qualification or achieved
