SalaryAn experienced Accounts Clerk with relevant experience is needed to join the team at this leading electrical testing company based in Barking on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate must be experienced with QuickBooks Essentials / Sage Line 50. They will be working within a small family-run business, Electrical Contractors.
They have a local District line tube station within close proximity to their office providing ease of travel access. This position is for someone looking to work two days per week (negotiable days)
The selected candidate will be responsible for checking incoming invoices, paying suppliers and raising invoices for their services to clients. Preparing quarterly VAT returns. Support will be given to detail their current system in place.

Their services include Periodic Safety Inspections (EICRs); Landlord Certificates; Commercial, Industrial and Domestic electrical repairs; Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm system installation, service and repairs; General electrical installation works; Planned and affect emergency electrical installation repairs and PAT Testing.
Required Experience:
- Experience with bought and sales ledger credit control with some clerical/admin duties involved
- Experienced with QuickBooks Essentials / Sage Line 50
- Must have good communication and telephone manner
