SalaryDue to continued growth, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Manager to join my client’s well-established company based in Maidstone.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Production of Property Management Accounts
- Managing and maintaining Service Charge payments and statements
- VAT returns
- Reconciling Accounts
- Proactively chasing outstanding arrears and payments
- Liaising with internal and external parties
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience from a similar role
- Have a good understanding of Client Accounting
- Possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills
