Perfect Books Kent Limited is a Medway based company providing professional book-keeping, accountancy and administrative services to businesses around Kent. We have clients of varying size within many different business sectors. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service whilst looking after clients various needs including general book-keeping services, credit control, payroll, CIS, self assessment, management accounts, help with budgeting and forecasting, HR services and PA services.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Office Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office and both the administrative and accounts staff. It is therefore vital that the successful candidate have a strong background in administration and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. They will also require proven experience in book-keeping to Trial Balance. Experience in preparation of management accounts is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably have experience using some accounting software such as Sage and Xero.
It is essential that you are able to use your initiative when working alone, exhibiting a positive can do attitude, but also that you can work well within a team and showing good leadership and communication skills. The ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt and respond to changing client requirements are also essential.
The current position is full time and fully office based, with the possibility of visits to client premises in the Kent area, for which mileage remuneration will be offered.
