Our client is a global leading Sustainability and Social Value consultancy firm. We are currently working with them to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 6 Month basis, with the possibility of going on longer.

Reporting into the AP Manager, this role will be responsible with client invoicing and client payable operations;
Responsibilities:
- Inputs invoices from partners, consultants, and vendors.
- Sets up new vendors and consultants in the ERP and verifies new vendor set ups.
- Tracks client subsistence rates and provides monthly report to F&A for data upload
- Supports monthly client invoicing process.
- Inputs timesheets and expense reports as assigned
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required; prior experience with SAP (Advantageous_
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
