Accounts Payable Assistant

· £12.60 -14.30 per hour

· Free Car Parking- South Liverpool

· Ongoing temporary – view to permanent

· Monday -Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

Role

You will join an existing finance team and predominately be responsible for managing your own purchase ledger

· Inputting volume invoices on a daily basis

· Coding and matching PO & GRN

· Dealing with complex queries

· Complete supplier statement reconciliations

· Assist with preparing payment run

· Dealing with inbox AP queries

Experience

· You will ideally have a proven track record within a purchase ledger / finance function

· A good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.

· Attention to detail with a proactive approach

· Exposure of dealing with volume invoice processing
