Accounts Payable Assistant

This role has a starting salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, along with brilliant company perks like flexible/hybrid working and enhanced time off.

Responsibilities within your new role 

To give you an idea of how the role of the Accounts Payable Assistant would feel, here are some of the duties you will be required to carry out: process a multitude of invoices for a variety of clients, ensure timely payments of supplier invoices, liaise with internal and external contacts to inform of and resolve any funding issues and manage all suppliers’ queries. You will also be expected to code, input and scan purchase ledger invoices, along with statement reconciliation and bank detail validation. 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

We are extremely eager to speak to individuals who have a minimum of two years of working in a similar Accounts Payable role, in particular within the property industry or someone who has a proven background in a high-volume processing role. You will approach the role with accuracy and determination to perform exceptionally under pressure and within tight deadlines.
