Altum Consulting are delighted to be partnering with a global technology business in their search for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant.
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, the successful candidate will be process driven, enthusiastic and possess current payments and accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of all supplier invoices and expense claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Preparation of payment runs
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the ERP system

Essential Skills:

• Previous Accounts Payable Experience
• Strong Communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience working in a global tech business is advantageous
