Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire
Full Time, Temporary contract
Hours of work : Monday to Friday; 8:30- 5pm
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established company who have offices up and down the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to help support the team.
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with will Accounts Payable for the business and supporting with other finance duties when requested
* Processing all invoices against purchase orders
* Communicating with supplies and handling any queries they may have
* Ensure all payments are dealt with to business standards
* Month-end close duties and reconciliations
Experienced required for the position:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential!!
* Used to working in a fast-paced environment
* Be resilient, hard-working and a team player
* Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
* Knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel
