SalaryOur client based in Sawtry has grown significantly over recent years and they are currently looking for someone to join their friendly team in modern, well-appointed offices as an Accounts Assistant.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be busy and whilst primarily focused on Accounts Payable will also have the scope to assist with other areas of finance.
Duties will include
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Handling and resolving queries
- Setting up supplier accounts
- Weekly payment runs
- Month end reporting
- Ad hoc duties
This role will suit someone who has proven experience of Accounts Payable and enjoys being busy.
Experience of Sage would be a distinct advantage but not essential but a good understanding of Excel is essential.
This will be a fully site-based role, working 9-5.30pm and there is plenty of parking onsite.
