We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Ely who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time basis. The role will be fully office based and you will have experience working in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
- Processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring records are accurate
- Assisting with client queries both via the phone and over email
- Supporting the wider team with any accounts receivable duties when required
- Assisting with the preparation of month end
- Ensuring that all data is collected and stored efficiently
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks to support to wider finance team where necessary
You will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to be flexible to suit the needs of the business
