SalaryOur client, an esteemed membership organisation situated in the heart of London, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant to join them on a temporary basis.
* MUST have experience with Sage and Paperless systems
This is a temporary role starting immediately for 3 months, with potential to extend.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing essential financial operations, including processing invoices, confirming supplier bank details, statement reconciliations, matching POs to invoices, responding to finance inbox queries and ad hoc financial tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Processing purchase leger invpices and credits
· Confirming supplier bank details for data maintenance
· Processing employee expense claims
· Supplier statement reconciliation
· Processing supplier payments
· Matching purchase orders to invoices
· Managing queries in finance inbox
· Financial ad hoc tasks
Skills and Experience:
- Must have sage and Paperless Experience
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
- Analytical with a strong eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
