Location: Shirley

Pay Rate: £10.91 - £11.95 per hour dependant on experience

Hours: 37 per week: Monday-Thursday - 8 -4.45 and Friday - 8-12 - Hybrid Working

Adecco are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work on site with our client Collins Aerospace, one of the world's largest providers of aerospace systems, avionics, interior systems and information management services for commercial aircraft.

Duties Include:

• Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Matching purchase orders to invoices and resolving any discrepancies
• Reconciling Accounts Payable transactions and resolving supplier queries
• Assisting with month-end close processes and financial reporting

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (eg, Excel, - VLOOKUP & Pivot tables, Visio, Power point)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
• Good organisational and communication skills
  

Desirable:

• Previous experience within the Aerospace Industry
