Reed are currently partnered with a returning Winnersh based client seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a new role to the company, due to growth, and will be joining an existing team of 6 primarily focussed on the Accounts Payable function. Previous experience within an Accounts role is desired but not essential as full training will be provided along with study support if required.
Our client is seeking someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a self-motivated individual wanting to take the next steps in their career.
Duties for this role will include but not be limited to
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Dealing with all supplier queries on the phone
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ownership of the accounts mailbox
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Staff expenses
Located a short walk from the local train station, with parking onsite, the role will be working in the office full time. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
