Pinpoint Resourcing are partnered with a fantastic Financial services organisation in London to source an Accounts Payable Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. the position offers healthy hybrid working and provides study support.

Duties

• Posting Journals
• Bank Account reconciliations
• Incoming invoices and expenses
• Monitoring all finance mailboxes, including responded to any supplier queries.
• Daily purchase invoice processing
• Clearing of queried invoices daily
• Compete Month End Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to interact with all levels of Senior Management.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• German language would be a bonus

Salary + other information:

• Salary: £30000-£35000 DOE
• Bonus
• Study Suuport
• Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
• Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
