Accounts Payable Manager

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with senior management and internal procedures experience seeking an exciting new opportunity within the London area?

Rutherford Briant are working exclusively with a global investment management firm based in Central London who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to take full ownership of their Group AP department.

They are ideally looking to recruit a highly experienced professional with management exposure from a purchase ledger perspective, as well as previous success in implementing key projects and procedures, managing an AP department across a group, and strong reporting skills.

Our fast-growing and highly successful client is offering a salary up to £60,000, as well as a highly competitive benefits package which includes bonuses, private healthcare and hybrid working.

What will you do:

• Manage the Accounts Payable processes across the Group including invoice receipt and employee expenses.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of account payable professionals.
• Look at ways of improving and upgrading several ERP Systems.
• Support various month-end routines and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and highlight areas efficiencies can be administered.
• Build strong working relationships with department heads and provide insight into working processes.
