We’re now looking for an Accounts Payable Manager (12 month FTC) to manage your Accounts Payable team and to ensure timely, efficient and accurate payment to our suppliers and contributors across the UK, US and Australia.
About the Role
- Mentor, coach and develop a team of 6 to maximise their performance and achievement of goals and objectives.
- Ensure tight financial controls are in place across all areas of payables to minimise the risk of fraud or error and safeguard the assets of the company.
- Ensure all processing complies with PAYE, VAT and other relevant legislation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service when dealing with all internal and external customers
About You
- Demonstrable understanding of P2P best practice procedures & behaviours
- Proven experience of leading and motivating a team
- Analytical with good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Experience of building and maintain relationships with customers
- Able to deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
- Experience of Oracle Financials would be an advantageous
