Our client, a leading E-commerce organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a temporary position with a potential for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.

What will you be doing? Take a look at your key responsibilities:
? Processing a high volume of multi-currency supplier invoices for various legal entities and brands
? Manage expenses related to card payments and staff reimbursements through our user-friendly online platform
? Timely resolution of internal and supplier queries regarding invoices and payments
? Monitor the accounts inbox and liaise with suppliers and stakeholders effectively
Do you have what it takes? Check out the key skills we're looking for:
?? Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable
?? Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
?? Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
?? Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
?? Experience using Kefron and/or Tipalti would be beneficial
