Accounts Receivable Administrator

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Administrator on behalf of an International service provider, based in East Leeds.

Working alongside a successful team and reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play an integral part in the Administration of the Credit Control process.

Duties will include;

Processing of regional billing, billing adjustments and allocation of cash receipts to ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed to required deadlines

Ensuring all cash receipts are allocated to client accounts

• Carry out all required cash collection activities in accordance with expectations and to ensure ledger remains up to date
• Ensuring any query is responded to or escalated within required expectations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with international account managers
• Supporting and assisting with all tasks within your allocated region
• Ensure any issues affecting normal day to day activity is escalated to the Accounts Receivable Lead in a timely manner

The successful candidate will have;

• Previous Accounts Receivable or similar administrative background experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to respond to changing deadlines and a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills at all levels both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently but with a strong sense of teamwork to manage all task requirements.

Salary is £23,500 plus annual bonus
