Responsibilities:
- Issuing manual sales ledger invoices using excel templates
- Raising automated sales ledger invoices and sending them to customers
- Assisting in the allocation of sales ledger receipts
- Recording customer debit notes
- Running statements and emailing them to customers
- Assisting with credit collection as required
- Handling ad hoc tasks as they arise
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Prior knowledge of sales ledger processes, while preferable, is not essential as training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in using relevant technologies and software
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of finance systems and software
Technologies:
- Excel
- Finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
