The Directors of St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated professional to join the enthusiastic team at St Thomas More VC Academy to support teaching and learning in Early Years.
We are looking for someone who:
• can inspire, motivate and engage all children in learning activities designed to ensure progress is made at every level;
• can establish productive working relationships with children, acting as a role model and setting high expectations;
• promotes independence and employs strategies to recognise and reward achievement;
• encourages children to interact and work co-operatively with others;
• can implement agreed learning activities within agreed systems of supervision, adjusting activities according to pupils’ responses and needs;
• has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is committed to working within a supportive team;
• is willing to participate fully in ensuring inclusion of all children;
• ideally has experience in pastoral and inclusion; planning, delivering and measuring the impact of interventions as well as providing booster sessions to Year 6 children.
