We’re looking for bank workers to provide Admin Assistance to the Flat Fee Recruiter team on a temporary/cover basis, as and when the need arises.

Ad Hoc Admin Assistant
Leeds, LS18 4TJ – based in our vibrant office space

  • Ad hoc role (covering annual leave and absences)
  • We operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 5:30
  • Performing a variety of duties to meet the needs of the business

The Temp Role:

We need someone like YOU to perform general Admin Support duties as and when required.

Given the cover/Ad Hoc nature and flexible hours required, your duties are likely to vary. They will typically involve:

  • Posting job adverts to online sites.
  • Updating client records, general data entry and database management.
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, and dealing with first-line queries.
  • Using simple graphic design tools to create images for social media.
  • Testing and supporting in-house systems and applications.
  • Any other general admin tasks that might come up – no two days are ever the same in the exciting world of recruitment.
  • Entertaining the Head of Wellbeing (aka the office dog – Storm by name and Storm by nature!)


The Person We’re Looking For:

This could be perfect for recent school leavers or parents with spare time around school pick-up/drop-off times!

Full training will be provided so don’t worry if you’ve not worked in this industry before.

It’s much more important to us that you’re a fast learner who is reliable, positive and prepared to put in a bit of elbow grease where necessary.

Confidence, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service are paramount.

You’ll also need to be a bit tech-savvy. We operate using a few core systems so we know you’ll quickly get the hang of it!
