The Position: We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Industry Placement Team on a maternity cover contract for up to 12 months. Do you want to inspire and support the next generation? This is a diverse role which involves supporting the team to co-ordinate substantial industry placements required for students to successfully complete their qualification. You would be working in an experienced team who are passionate about what they do. We are a kind and supportive team who would love to have you join us. What skills are we looking for: An excellent communicator – you must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including students, parents, curriculum staff and external employers. A multitasker – you must be able to work on various projects at the same time. A strong organizer – you need to be able complete tasks from start to finish, meet deadlines and work within a budget. Responsibilities for the role: Support the team with administrative functions in order for them to co-ordinate successful Industry Placements. Track and monitor student placements ensuring that all documentation is in place to ensure audit compliance. Track and monitor financial expenditure within the team, ensuring audit compliance. The Location: The role would be based at either our Nuneaton or South Wigston sites. Travel between different sites and to various external locations will be required.
