Administration AssistantPay Rate: £12.40 - £14.80 dependant on experienceHours: 8:30am until 5pm - 1 hour lunchType of Role: Temporary/Temp to PermOur client has an immediate requirement for a PA to the Admissions Director at their school based in Rugby. You will need to have an enhanced DBS and have it registered with the update service, ideally. This is a temporary role until they can recruit on a full-time basis, for the right candidate this will be temp to perm.Responsibilities:

• Helping the admissions team with data entry, maintaining and updating the filing systems and records accurately
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and inviting parents to their open days
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports and presentations
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Responding to emails and answering any phone calls that may come through

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role or PA role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
