Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organised records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with student enrolment, attendance tracking, and other student-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistical details are arranged.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Support the administrative needs of the school leadership team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
