Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months to cover MLOA
Working hours:, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Office and home working. A minimum of 3 days a week working in our Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. This can vary depending upon work requirements. We offer free onsite parking.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised and flexible, delivers consistent excellent customer service and is able to work to conflicting deadlines. In this position you be will providing a valuable business service to our stakeholders and customers within the team.
In the role, you will demonstrate a proactive approach where you will work collaboratively with the Infusion and Vascular Access team ensuring a range of tasks are completed to a high standard whilst ensuring customer service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deal with all aspects of business activities for the team ensuring tasks & requests are completed within the appropriate deadlines and timescales. These tasks include - product creations, tasks in relation to tender activities, generate and process invoices and purchase orders, book and manage the organisation of team meetings, arrange travel and accommodation.
- Assist with the organisation and logistics relating to customer exhibitions including the coordination of exhibition stands, marketing materials and allocating leads using the appropriate software tools
- Reporting activities for the team which will include producing business updates and sales data reports
- Provide the sales team with cost comparisons using the appropriate systems
- Providing E-Learning assistance using the appropriate system which will aid customers and team members with access and basic technical support
- To liaise with stakeholders and colleagues to keep them updated on the progress of the relevant tasks and requests.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in a business administration role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications including: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to adapt to change in order to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
