Admin Assistant
We are currently working alongside a manufacturing company, who are on the lookout for an outgoing, career driven, hardworking individual to join their team as an Admin Assistant.

Monday to Thursday – 8am– 4.30 & Friday 8am– 2pm
Pay rate: £10.42 per hour to be reviewed after April

Duties include
- Collating data for campaigns and keeping the system updated
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Updating customer accounts accurately and accordingly if needed
- Liaising with clients both via telephone and e-mails
- Booking out and assisting with shipments and collections
- Overlooking accounts and dealing with queries
- General other admin duties, as and when required
Requirements include
- Previous experience working within an office based environment would be essential
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be both numerate and literate
- Previous experience with use of or other bespoke systems – not beneficial but would be an advantage
- Must have good communication skills and feel confident providing excellent customer service
