SalaryDiamond Search Recruitment are seeking an Admin Assistant to join a successful and well-established law firm in Gravesend, Kent.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking due diligence checks for all clients
- Assisting with monitoring compliance with Anti Money Laundering and identifying clients and other risk management policies and procedures
- Advise fee earners and support staff on client due diligence requirements
- To ensure completion and accurate record keeping is maintained in line with Anti Money Laundering and identifying client regulations
- Keeping a record of archived Wills, Deeds and LPAs on our case management system
- Opening and archiving files for each of our branches
Key Skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Work on own initiative and to prioritise work in order to meet any deadlines set
- Partner 4 Window experience is desirable but not essential
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
