New Vision Recruitment are recruiting an L&D Administrator position for a leading Tech law firm in Kent, close to the border of East Sussex.
This wonderful Admin Assistant position would suit an educated candidate with business acumen awareness, and ideally has a passion for law and has previously worked closely with lawyers.

This innovative law firm with offices across Kent, Surrey and London are looking for an educated, and professional individual with capabilities of working independently as well as within a team. You will be collaborating with the operational team, Professional Support Lawyers, and Talent Development team. You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to all.
Admin Assistant
Responsibilities are:
- Ensuring all PSL training sessions are scheduled and administered efficiently
- Booking meeting rooms, liaising with various team members to set up training environments/sessions
- Supporting administrative needs for all team members including Talent Development team and PSL (Support Lawyers)
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes/notes if required
- Acting as first point of call for all training requests
- Utilising our technology effectively for training sessions
Skills required are:
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Demonstrable experience of administration within a HR/Talent or legal environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience from a people centric position previously (ideally within a Talent Development/Learning & Development team
