S3 Science are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our client based near Durham on a temporary basis. Our client is proud to be a global veterinary medicine provider who are dedicated to the health and welfare of animals. This is for a 2-month contract with the possibility to be extended further. You will need to be immediately available. This role requires someone with a strong background in complex data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences
- Obtaining supplies and/or sorting and distributing mail
- May be asked to work on special projects which will include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analysing information
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in an Admin role
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
