SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for our client based in Morley, on a Permanent basis.
Duties include
- Inbound and outbound communications to clients
- Organising and managing clients accounts
- Processing inbound and outbound stock.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Generating customers documents with the Sage 200 system, training can be provided
- Quotations/invoices/sales orders/purchase orders
- Covering any supporting roles that are needed in running of the business
- You must have experience of Office 365 and be fully computer literate
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to work 39 hours per week

Annual Salary 22,000 to 23,200
