About the Role
Trainee Administration assistant supporting the sales and warehouse teams, processing customer orders for despatch, in an accurate and timely manner.

A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, predominantly Excel and good communications skills are all that is required as full on the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Processing orders placed via our third party retail partners Drop Ship platforms
· Processing orders placed via Amazon Seller & Amazon Vendor
· Generating courier labels across our delivery partner websites
· Updating delivery tracking information
· Updating stock availability on retail partners Drop Ship platforms
· Arranging direct delivery transport for bulk orders
· Data processing within Proteus WMS
· Various other Administration duties
Requirement
· Reliable, keen and eager to learn new skills
· Flexibility to weekly & daily working hours (35 hours per week)
· Excellent communication skills
· Basic IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
