Experienced, permanent full-time Administration Assistant/Receptionist required to work in a busy Admin/Reception Department within a care organisation, 5 days per week, Monday – Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

We are looking for someone to join our team who has a good knowledge and experience of office administration/reception duties.
You will be responsible for providing efficient, effective administrative support and able to manage your own workload and have good organisational skills.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
Updating internal systems & create records.
Working on internal IT programs / systems
Monitoring staff training
Provide general administrative support
Filing
Answering telephones
Scanning and photocopying
Typing of letters and reports
Inputting data
Minute taking
Liaise with visitors, service users, staff and directors.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility when required
Good team work and ability to use initiative and work alone if required.
Experience working in a busy Admin/reception department.
