Form of workManpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our national clients. We have an existing vacancy for a full time Admin Assistant in Preston.
The pay rate is £12.00 per hour, PAYE including 28 days holiday per year.
The role will include taking calls from customers, placing orders on to the system and other general admin duties. The ideal candidate will need to have a good telephone manner, experience completing general admin duties, be computer literate and have some customer service experience. The role will also involve completing stock counts and health and safety walks outside in the yard. Heavy lifting of gas cylinders may be required.
The hours of work will be Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Some overtime may be required in busy times.
The role will initially run until July 2024 and will then be reviewed.
