This is an exciting temporary Admin Coordinator oppurtunity to work for a not-for-profit organisation offering prestigious scholarship programmes between the US and UK!
The role is initially for 2 weeks starting from the 4th of March with the potential to extend.
ADMIN COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Ensuring that office and kitchen supplies are ordered proactively
- Acting as main liaison person for all office suppliers
- Collecting and distributing post and manage franking machine
- Being responsible for ensuring correct recycling in the office including the disposal of confidential documents
- Arranging weekly staff meetings and coordinating other staff events including social events, lunches in the office as required, birthday cards and leaving events, etc.
- Supporting the Executive Director through diary management and coordination of meetings, organising travel arrangements and assisting with the organisation of events and receptions
- Providing assistance to the Director of Operations with administrative support for the Board and Committee meetings include scheduling meetings, preparing papers and assisting with external venue administration
- Providing executive support to the Chair of the Board as and when required
- Supporting the Director of Operations with the offboarding process for leavers
- Ensuring the BambooHR platform is kept up to date
- Undertaking other associated HR administration
ADMIN COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 6 months of administration or office experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
